Good UX isn't about making something that works. It's about exceeding user expectation.
I'm Johnny,
a UX designer with an extreme focus on user expectation, perception and outcome. I consider who the user will be, how they'll interact with the product or service and what they should feel and remember after every interaction.
Good UX should feel like magic. User's already have set expectations. Sometimes those expectations are low, other times they're high. No matter what a user expects, I create experiences that exceed it. Regardless of how small or mundane a process or interaction may seem, every experience should spark joy.
That's what I do. I pay special attention to the things others miss or think are unimportant. Working backwards from user expectation, I identify and eliminate friction points within every process and workflow. The result feels like magic to the user and that feeling creates more meaningful engagement, loyalty and trust.
